Job Responsibilities:

• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
• Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Oversee stock and store operations
• Ability to recruit, select, and develop associates and hold individuals accountable for performance
• Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow-up on all store activities
• Hold self and associates accountable for achievement of financial results and metric goals
• Manage conflict and coach by applying company's recommended processes, standards, and guidelines
• Forecast and analyze business trends and manage payroll expense in order to maximize store performance
• Analyze business reports regularly to identify problems and/or areas of opportunity
• Utilize and manage the use of weekly reporting to track, analyze, and communicate progress towards goals
• Operate with the highest levels of personal integrity and business confidentiality

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent experience
• 2+ years' store management experience
• Customer centric with a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
• Basic Computer Skills

Do you love fashion, people & can’t get enough of HerringStones & HeirLoom By HerringStones? As a stylist, you get to assist our customers in finding the perfect looks and working fun store events! Must be available to work some weekdays and weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and create a welcoming environment for every person that walks in.
• Start fitting rooms to help with the shopping experience.
• Assist in creating a complete look for customers for a memorable experience
• Start building a clientele base to come back and shop with us
• Ring up sales and create a lasting impression on the customer. 

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Customer centric with a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
• Basic Computer Skills
